: The Board of Punjab and Sind Bank (PSB) today re-constituted the technical committee to change it from one dominated by the directors of the bank to one that has external specialists.

The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has been asking the bank to form a technical committee since December '02 as the bank became a borderline case. The new committee comprises Anil K Sood, S Ravi and K R Shenoy.

The committee has been handed over the role of spot analysis and charting a future road map for the bank. Anil K Sood is the secretary with Administrative Staff College, Hyderabad. S Ravi is a chartered …
