CHINA, December 08, SinoCast -- After the restructuring of China Netcom, China Railcom is also undergoing the same fate quietly. According to the spokesman of China Railcom, the administration of China Railcom will be transferred from China's Ministry of Railway (MOR) to the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission from next month. By then, there will be six carriers in the Chinese telecom market, namely, China Mobile, China Telecom, China Netcom, China Unicom, China Railcom, and China Satcom.
