Sitting courtside when the Jazz is in town generally requires the genteel basketball observer to pack a set of earmuffs or risk an auditory assault unlike any other in pro sports. The courtside seat provides a nice view but also puts one within earshot of venerable coach Jerry Sloan. When things go against the Jazz, Sloan's face gets red and his language gets blue. To listen to Sloan as he stalks the sidelines, you'd think the only adjective in the English language starts with "f." Most verbs, too. Sloan's sideline slang would make a drunken pirate blush.
