Delta Capital

Delta Capital Management, manager of the U.S. Russia Investment Fund, has appointed Igor Kouzine as its senior vice president to assist in the development of DeltaCredit Bank, which is 100 percent owned by the Fund.

Most recently, Ukrainian-born Kouzine was vice president of international markets at Sanchez Computer Associates. Prior to that, he was the founder of Profile Venture Partners in the United States, after a career at McKinsey & Co. in Toronto and Washington, D.C.

Marriott Tverskaya

David Newstead has been appointed executive chef at the Marriott Tverskaya Hotel.
