TRANSPORT minister Nikolay Vassilev has returned Bulgaria Air's privatisation strategy to the economy ministry for revision, the PARI daily learned. According to sources, Vassilev wants the strategy revised so as to avoid the conflict of interests, where Central Cooperative Bank (CCB) is consultant on the deal together with Deloitte & Touche, and Chimimport, which is owner of Hemus Air, is candidate for the national air carrier. CCB and Chimimport are both part of TIM corporation's structure.
Through Hemus Air, however, Chimimport is a certain participant in the procedure, no matter whether CCB will remain consultant or not, insiders ...
