THE BLACK Sea resort company St.St. Constantine and Elena AD may be registered as a holding per decision of the general shareholders meeting, scheduled for December 29. The other items in the agenda are changing the company's activity and boosting the capital of its affiliates Granat EOOD and Yantar EOOD of Varna. The extraordinary shareholders meeting held on October 17 decided to boost 12 times the capital of St.St. Constantine and Elena AD. Each share empowers the purchase of 12 new ones. The rights trading will be started on the bourse today and end up on December 16.

THE ECONOMY ministry obtained the program drafted by the European Commission, demanding that Bulgaria shrinks her steel industry, the PARI daily was told. It points out what and how much steel products Bulgaria is allowed to produce by 2007.
