Roy Disney, a senior Walt Disney Co executive and nephew of the entertainment giant's founder, resigned and called for Disney chief executive Michael Eisner to follow his example.
The report, according to an online edition of The Wall Street Journal, said Roy Disney, the vice chairman of Walt Disney's board, criticized Eisner's leadership in his resignation letter which comes ahead of Disney board meeting this week.
