SEOUL, Dec 1 Asia Pulse - Regular airline service between Gimpo International Airport in Seoul and Haneda International Airport in Tokyo opened Sunday as part of the outcome of agreements from a June 7 Korea-Japan summit in Tokyo.

This is the first regular international air route for Gimpo Airport, the nation's former gateway airport, since Incheon International Airport started operations in March 2001 with hopes of becoming the hub airport of East Asia.
