SEOUL, Dec 1 Asia Pulse - Liquidity-troubled Korea Exchange Bank Credit Service Co. (KEB Card) (KSE:038400) has merged with its parent company, the Korea Exchange Bank (KEB) (KSE:004940), the board of the bank said Friday.
The stock exchange ratio of KEB to KEB Card was fixed at 1 to 0.534, according to the bank.
