Restructuring and reformulating Dunlop tire Corp. will not be easy, says David Campbell, new president and CEO. But it's necessary. And he promises significant changes within the Dunlop organization.
Dunlop dealers recently gathered in Huntsville, Ala., site of the Buffalo-based company's passenger tire manufacturing facility, to witness the introduction of two "new" tires. But Campbell also took the opportunity to give them a progress report on Dunlop's new direction. He is focusing on four priorities:
1. Implementing a market-driven strategy. Campbell said the market should drive Dunlop's decision-making.
