Your article "Keeping Homeschooling Private" in the September 8 issue was timely and important. On this subject, it is interesting and pertinent that the Constitution of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, like the Constitution of the United States, contains a Bill of Rights, which in Section 5 states: "[N]or shall any man be compelled to send his child to any school to which he may be conscientiously opposed."
