CEBU CITY, Nov 24 Asia Pulse - Cebu business leaders are worried with action film star Fernando Poe Jr.'s reported decision to run for president in the 2004 elections, saying Poe's popularity with the masses makes him the candidate to beat.
Newspaper reports said that the popular action star has decided to run for president although Poe asserts he has not made any final decision on the matter.
