SEOUL, Nov 19 Asia Pulse - LG Insurance Co. (KSE:02550), the non-life insurance unit of South Korea's second-largest business group, said it had sold 3.36 million shares of Hanaro Telecom Inc (KOSDAQ:33630).

In a regulatory filing, the company said it sold the stake for 15.6 billion won (US$13.24 million) from Nov. 10 to 19.

After the transaction, its holding in the broadband operator declined to 4.36 million shares, or 1.56 per cent of Hanaro's total outstanding stock.
