YOROZU TO SUPPLY ALUMINUM SUSPENSIONS TO HONDA AMERICA
TOKYO -Automobile suspension parts maker Yorozu Corp. (TSE:7294) has received its first order from Honda of America Manufacturing Inc. for aluminum suspensions.
Yorozu builds the products using a new hydroforming technique that makes them 35 per cent lighter than comparable steel suspensions.
FUJI HEAVY IND REPORTS 22% DROP IN INTERIM PRETAX PROFIT
TOKYO - Fuji Heavy Industries Ltd. (TSE:7270) reported Monday that its consolidated pretax profit came to 24.4 billion yen in the fiscal first half ended Sept. 30, a drop of 22 per cent on the year.
