AUSTRALIA'S NOVERA ENERGY COMPLETES US$4.6 MLN SHARE PLACEMENT

SYDNEY - Renewable energy generator Novera Energy (ASX:NVE) today announced it completed a fully underwritten placement of 26 million new shares at 25 cents each to raise A$6.5 million (US$4.6 million).

Major shareholder Utilico Investment Trust underwrote the entire A$6.5 million placement, subscribing for eight million shares in its own right and underwriting the balance of 18 million shares, Novera Energy said.
