* Enough with the Bill Parcells love test (TSN, October 27). Every week, sportswriters fall all over each other trying to heap the most lavish praise on the Tuna. Admittedly, he has the Cowboys playing well sooner than expected. But two things have become pretty obvious: 1) There was more talent on that team than anyone gave it credit for; and 2) It underachieved the past few years because of the interference of the owner.
