THE HAGUE, Saturday, The International Court of Justice postponed hearing of a dispute between the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and Uganda, apparently leaving the Congolese justice minister up in the air.
Airport sources in Kinshasha said the minister, Honorius Kisimba Roy, had already left for The Hague to press a charge that Uganda invaded and occupied Congolese territory, carried out massacres and looted the nation's resources.
The hearings had been scheduled to begin on Monday.
