THE World Bank says it has begun fresh moves to assist the Federal Government and no fewer than 16 states in Nigeria, including Imo State, to actualize the essential visions of the Universal Basic Education (UBE) scheme.

The Programme Manager of the world body for Ngeria, Dr. Ron Fuller, disclosed this when he led a three man visitation team on World Bank assisted projects, to the Government House, Owerri.
