William Donius, president and chief executive officer of Pulaski Bank in St. Louis, has become the new chairman of COMPAC, ACB's political action committee, effective Jan. 31.
Donius succeeded James Mann, who retired from his position as president and CEO of First Federal Savings Bank of Clarksville. Donius had served as the treasurer of COMPAC for two years, and is eligible to serve as chairman for three years.
