(BNamericas.com) - The Chilean unit of German software developer Software AG is now operating at the Instituto Internacional para la Innovacion Empresarial (3ie) run by Santa Maria University in the city of Valparaiso, the company's planning and control manager Jose Maria Castillero confirmed for BNamericas. "We have reached an agreement with the university to operate at its facilities until the new IT pole in Curauma, Valparaiso, is ready, which is expected for April or May," Castillero said.
The company is working on new research partnerships with other universities, which could lead to job opportunities for engineers graduating from those institutions, according to the executive.
