Sansiri Plc expects to make at least Bt1 billion from the sale of its luxury Sansiri Sukhumvit housing project, 10 per cent of its estimated Bt10 billion in sales for the year, the company's chief executive officer said.

Apichart Chutrakul said the exclusive single detached housing project on Sukhumvit 67, under the concept of 'Penthouse on the Ground', is different from other projects on Sukhumvit Road.
