Sao Paulo: Yesterday, for the first time, a Brazilian foreign minister took part in a summit between the heads of state of the countries in the league. Minister Celso Amorim went to discuss the organization of another meeting: the one between Arab and South American countries, scheduled to take place in the Brazilian capital city, Brasilia. "Our voices will be well heard if we speak together," he said.
