According to media reports, the public prosecutor's office of Stuttgart is examining whether to commence investigations into Dieter Zetsche, the head of Chrysler, the US arm of German-US car manufacturer DaimlerChrysler. The owner of a German transport company is reported to have lodged a complaint regarding Mr Zetsche, accusing him of giving false testimony under oath and of incitement to perjury.
