Japan-based site notes North Korean paper's pursuit of profits.

The "new challenge" faced by North Korean newspaper Pyongyang Sinmun is "the principle of pursuing real profit" according to an article published by the Japan-based Choson Sinbo. It said that whilst the paper's employees would remain dedicated to serving Pyongyang's citizens, they would also "make profit" by perhaps charging a fee for access to paper's web site or receiving payment for advertising space.
