"Nezavisimaya gazeta" on 17 March reported that an unidentified source within the presidential administration has said that the new Public Chamber, which was approved by the Duma on 16 March, will be staffed with "people who worked as [President] Vladimir Putin's agents during the [March 2004] presidential campaign."
