BRUSSELS (ANA/A.Panagopoulos) - Prime Minister Costas Karamanlis voiced Greece's support of the European Commission proposal that funds made available through the Fourth Community Support Framework (2007-2013) should equal 1.24% of the EU's GDP, during his meeting with European Commission President Jose Barroso here on Wednesday
