Development and infrastructure work has begun at the 600-dunam (150-acre) Me'uyan Soreq industrial zone in Rishon LeZion, along its municipal border with Ness Ziona. The Israel Land Administration (ILA) site is divided into 20-45 dunam (5-11.25-acre) lots, zoned for heavy industry and logistics centers, and 150 dunam (37.5 acres) are zoned for roads, green spaces, and infrastructure.
