A PROGRAMME that aims to provide an outlet for the voice of youth has been launched by the Youth Development Ministry.

PROVOKE replaces the Student Representative Scheme.

The scheme will use Youth Voice Advocates, teenagers aged between 14 and 17 nominated in secondary schools and youth organisations throughout the country who take on the role of advocates for their peers.
