KLANG: Where can rubbish generated in Selangor and Kuala Lumpur be dumped? This is the biggest worry facing the Selangor State Government now.

Infrastructure and Public Amenities Exco member Datuk Abdul Fatah Iskandar said this is the biggest problem for the State Government.

"We are the dumping ground for waste from Kuala Lumpur.

The city generates 1,400 tonnes of waste daily.

If not for the waste from KL, Selangor can cope with the problem." Abdul Fatah said the State is facing a waste disposal crisis.

He said the Ayer Hitam landfill in Puchong will be closed …
