HANOI, March 4 Asia Pulse - Enterprises in Vietnam remain slower to upgrade technology than other companies in the region, the Central Institute of Economic Management (CIEM) reported.

A recent CIEM survey of 100 enterprises in the State, private and joint-venture sectors in Ha Noi and Ho Chi Minh City said companies used 3 per cent of annual revenue to advance facilities.

Enterprises have paid greater concern in recent years, however, to improving technology, Vu Xuan Nguyet Hong, head of CIEM's management science department, said.
