TAIPEI, March 2 Asia Pulse - Taiwan is expected to post an economic growth rate of more than 4.5 per cent this year while keeping unemployment below 4 per cent, despite the slowdown of the global economic expansion, Premier Frank Hsieh said Tuesday.
