Lok Janshakti Party chief Ram Vilas Paswan yesterday made the first move to pave the way for the formation of a new government in Bihar.

Paswan’s party, which has won 30 seats in the 243-member assembly, holds the key to ending the political deadlock in the state.

Indicating a change in his stand, Paswan yesterday hinted at his willingness to join hands with the Janata Dal (United) provided they break their ties with the Bharatiya Janata Party.
