Anyone who remembers those crazy Taliban guys and their fun-loving ways will probably recall one of their more chuckalicious Government ministries, the Department of the Promotion of Virtue and the Prevention of Vice.

These were the lads who kept a close eye on what people were doing behind closed doors, as well as in public. They had a rigid social and moral code which they felt entirely comfortable imposing on anyone who disagreed with them and, of course, they weren't elected.
