Section: Business News - - Siam Commercial Bank, Thailand's fourth-largest bank, said yesterday it planned to sell up to Bt40 billion-worth of bonds, The Nation reports.
The bonds might be issued in several tranches, the bank said in a statement. It did not say what the proceeds would be used for.
- Asia Plus Securities Plc will issue 504.5 million new shares at a par value of Bt1. Existing shareholders will receive a total of 496 million warrants, allotted at a ratio of one warrant per four existing shares. Asia Plus Securities has also approved a dividend payment of Bt3.8 per share, payable on March 15.
