INDONESIA'S UNITED TRACTORS AIMS FOR US$77.7 MLN IN NET PROFIT
JAKARTA - Publicly listed heavy equipment company PT United Tractors (UT) targets to chalk up Rp700 billion (US$77.7 million) in net profit this year , down from an estimated Rp1.1 trillion in 2004.
Its Finance Director Buntoro Muljono said the big profit last year was attributable partly to sales of shares in a subsidiary.

JAKARTA - Kanzen motorcycle producer PT Semesta Citra Motorindo (SCM) said it targets to increase its market share to 1.5 per cent this year from 1 per cent last year.
The company's marketing director Beteng Santoso said this year sales by the members of the Indonesian Association of Motorcycles Industries (AISI) are predicted to rise 20 per cent this year to 4.66 million units....
