JAKARTA - Indonesia will need three more oil refineries with a processing capacity of 125,000 barrels of crude oil a day until 2008.
Energy and Mineral Resources Minister Purnomo Yusgiantoro said the government has no money to build new refineries, therefore, it relies on the private sector.
