BRISBANE, Feb 28 Asia Pulse - Finance, tourism and funds management group MFS Ltd (ASX:MFS) has taken control of BreakFree Ltd (ASX:BRK).
The Gold Coast-based company said today it has received more than 50.1 per cent of BreakFree's 195.18 million shares, making the offer unconditional.
