1 Can Arizona be a No. 1 seed? There is no reason the Wildcats should not be in the debate. Their visit to Washington on Saturday should determine the Pac-10 title. If Arizona wins, it will have a 3-1 record against the RPI top 25 and a 7-2 record against the top 50. It will have sweeps of Washington and UCLA and wins over Utah and Mississippi State.
