This textile composite unit has been able to enhance its weaving production capacity and opened Letter of Credit to increase spinning production capacity. The company's sales as well as export sales were record highest. The enhanced production facility will provide enabling environment to cater to premium customs and to increase exports. But the gross margin remained under severe pressure which lowered its gross profit despite substantial boost in the revenue. Selling and administrative expenses were on the higher side but financial charges registered only moderate reduction.

The company's pretax profit lagged behind the last year's and EPS was lower by paisas 34. However the company share is trading at Rs 65 carrying very high premium.
