SEOUL, Feb 24 Asia Pulse - South Korean shares extended their gains Thursday afternoon as investors were relieved of concerns about the strengthening Korean won to the dollar.
Also boosting market sentiment was an overnight gain in U.S. stocks, analysts said. Exporters led the gains.
