UBS GLOBAL Asset Management has bested its competitors to win five fund awards this year. The winners - which were all Luxembourg domiciled - were a fund investing in small to medium Japanese companies; a fund investing in small US companies; a fund investing in medium-sized US companies; a global balanced fund and a global growth-oriented fund.
Andreas Mondovits, head of pan-Asia at UBS Global Asset Management, said that while each of the funds had different objectives, all had benefited from UBS' global integrated investment platforms, consistent and disciplined investment process, and access to its fundamental research.
