People are your most important assets. They are also the most Sdifficult assets you have. They get sick for no apparent reason, leaving Syou to figure out whether they are work-shy layabouts throwing a duvet Sday, or whether it's better to take their illness on trust.
People also have a habit of wanting to be treated differently from other Speople. Treating every one of your 3,207 people as 'individuals' can be a Stall order. Having different benefit packages on offer might take the Spressure off (page 8).
