Moscow, 21 February: Ingushetia will never become a hot spot, the republic's President Murat Zyazikov told a news conference in Moscow.

"The Republic of Ingushetia will never become a hot spot and there will never be a counterterrorist operation there. Russia's laws and constitution will always be in force there," Zyazikov said, when asked by journalists how he viewed statements by some politicians about recent growing tension in the republic.
