The New York school of abstract expressionism has heavily influenced Bucks swingman Desmond Mason. That's not a fancy way of saying he developed dazzling playmaking skills during pickup games in Brooklyn; rather, it speaks to Mason's other passion: creating art.

"For me, it's mostly relaxing," Mason says. "I have a lot of stress during the season with traveling and everything. I can relax and close the doors and let my emotions flow."
