FinancialWire-2 October 2006-CDEX And ASD Settle Patent Dispute (C)2006 Investrend Communications, Inc.
October 2, 2006 (FinancialWire) CDEX Inc. (OTC: CEXI) and lab equipment maker Analytical Spectral Devices have reached an out of court settlement for a pending patent case.
As part of their settlement agreement, CDEX has been fully licensed under ASD's patent for liquid pharmaceuticals.
CDEX acknowledges the validity of ASD's patent and will continue to do so for as long as the license remains in effect.
Both parties have agreed to dismiss their respective claims against each other. The terms and conditions of the settlement agreement are otherwise confidential.
