WASHINGTON (MarketWatch) - Big phone stocks such as AT&T Inc. and Sprint Nextel Corp. fell slightly, as did wireless bellwether Qualcomm Inc., in mixed Monday trades.

In recent trading, the Nasdaq Telecommunications Index was down 0.5% at 206 points.
