BEIJING, Oct 2 Asia Pulse - Chinese chipmaker AMD has announced that it launched a strategic cooperation with China's second largest PC manufacturer, Founder (SHA:600601), to put desktop products adopting AMD 64-bit CPUs on the Chinese market during the country's National Day holiday (October 1-7).
Cooperation between the two sides is expected to gradually be extended from the desktop sector to the laptop and server sectors.
