NEW DELHI, Oct 2 Asia Pulse - The Company Law Board has rejected an arbitration petition filed by Japan-based Sumitomo Corporation (TSE:8053), which is engaged in a battle with Punjab Tractors Ltd (BSE:500344) for control of the management of light vehicle manufacturer Swaraj Mazda (BSE:505192).
