CINCINNATI, Oct 2 PRNewswire-AsiaNet - think3 Inc., a provider of innovative, next generation industrial design solutions and a leading supplier of product development solutions, have announced the addition of four value-added resellers (VARs) in India as part of the company's expanding indirect sales network in emerging markets such as Asia Pacific, Eastern Europe and South America.

The four new VARs - Ace Brain Systems & Software, APM Technologies, JSM Technologies and Softsys India - bring a wealth of experience in the ID and tooling markets, as well as specific knowledge in the shipbuilding industry.

In addition, the VARs are located in key geographies throughout India, where the need for product development solutions by manufacturers allows think3 to further penetrate into those markets more effectively.

"Each of our new partners in India brings a unique understanding and experience of customer business needs and issues, along with the relevant applications to support them," said Tom Davis, director of think3's VAR network.

"We're seeing incredible traction and interest by VARs in emerging markets in working with us. That's largely because think3 offers a fully integrated 2D/3D/advanced surfaces solution that gives users the ability to select the best tools for the job while managing the product development cycle with our multi-CAD PLM."

Davis on went on to say that ease of use was also a key factor.
