SEOUL (XFN-ASIA) - Military authorities in North and South Korea have agreed to resume talks for the first time in five months, officials at the defense ministry said here.
"The one-day talks open at 10.00 am (0100 GMT) on Monday at the North's side of Panmunjeom," a defense ministry spokesman said while asking for anonymity, in reference to the inter-Korean border village.
